About us

Development that starts with community capability.

TLKEF creates practical pathways for people to move from vulnerability to confidence through knowledge, institutions, finance and livelihood support.

Mission

To transfer knowledge, skills and confidence to underserved communities.

The foundation works with individuals and communities who need assistance to come out of poverty and dehumanized conditions. Our mission is to create development in the broadest sense: social, economic, educational and institutional.

Program interventions are designed around self-help, local leadership, participatory decision-making and sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural and semi-urban families.
