Self Help Promoting Institution (SHPI) project of NABARD. Evolved as a cost-effective mechanism for providing financial services to unreached and underserved poor households through regular group meetings, savings discipline, internal lending, and credit linkage.
Joint Liability Promotion Institution (JLPI) of NABARD. Formed and credit-linked over 2,500 JLGs across 15 projects in partnership with NABARD and DCCB Rewari, Mahendragarh, Gurugram, Jind, Panipat, Nuh, Bhiwani and Charkhi Dadri.
Promotion and nurturing of FPOs in Rewari and Mahendragarh districts. Supporting baseline surveys, registration, input supply business licensing, GST compliance, credit facilitation, and market linkage for farmer collectives.
TLKEF facilitated exposure visits and training for progressive farmers of Mahendragarh and Rewari with NABARD grant assistance at HAU Hisar, KVK Kaithal, and ICAR CAZRI / AFRI Jodhpur, promoting organic farming and vegetable cultivation.
Organized more than 700 financial literacy camps in collaboration with DCCB Rewari, Mahendragarh and Gurugram across unbanked villages, promoting PMSBY, PMJJBY, APY, RuPay debit cards, POS/mobile banking, and fraud prevention.

Digital empowerment initiative under Phase IV of NABARD E-Shakti. Digitalized 280 SHGs in Mahendragarh district with mobile-based bookkeeping, animator trainings, and audited transparent records.
Employment and self-employment generation for rural youth. Sanctioned SDP modules for 240+ trainees in Domestic Data Entry Operator, Vegetable Nursery Management, Cutting & Tailoring, Dress Designing, and Beautician & Wellness.
Cluster-based livelihood promotion with intensive skill building, refresher training, backward-forward linkages, and escort support in dairy, non-woven bag making, vermicompost, goat rearing, and milk product processing for 900+ women.
